Donate to Caleb and Katelyn "Little"
We are currently developing this site, considering the sudden occurence of events. Memorial services for Michael will be held on October 1, 2011, 2:00 p.m. at Faith Assembly, 8595 Airport Rd, Redding, CA 96002.
This site is dedicated to raising funds for Michael's children, Caleb and Katelyn "Little." With Michael's passing, we hope to provide a future for these children we love.
How can you contribute? There are 3 easy ways to contribute to the future of Caleb and Katelyn:

1. Write a check: Checks should be made out to either Caleb Leake or Katelyn Leake. Mail your check to Deputy Sheriff Joseph Leake, 2250 24th St., #230, San Francisco, CA 94107 ~ Cash contributions can be made directly to John Leake, grandfather. All contributions will be directly deposited into the children's accounts.
2. Donate the amount of your choice, you may use a credit card or debit card; simply click on the donate button and pay through PayPal. Credit cards are accepted, and you do not need to have a PayPal account.
3. Sustaining Gifts: Due to the requests of numerous family members and friends, we have set up the ability for automatic monthly pledges. This requires the creation of a PayPal account.
Caleb's and Little's Memorial Education Accounts are secured Custodial accounts and may only be accessed through the legal Custodian. Their accounts ARE designed to ensure safe and protected funds for their future.
Michael is survived by his son Caleb and daughter Katelyn (“Little”), father John C. Leake, mother Mona Lamont, grandparents John and Frances Leake, sister Robyn Mazzanti and brothers Casey and Richard Leake, uncles Joseph Leake and Mark Havenhill, Aunts Kathy Young and Barbara Jaquez, niece Kendall Mazzanti, nephew Joseph Mazannti, great aunt/uncle MaryJo & Bill Boden, cousins Lilia Zurick, Mike Young, Sean MacDuff, Robert Young, Abacherili Cousins Clan (Jana, John, John, Rod, Robbie, Kristen, John Jr. and Megan), over 100 cousins, family friends Shelly and Ron, and countless others, locally and nationally. You were all an important part of Michael's life and good thoughts to everyone.
